Still showing one step unfinished in your child's registration? Awaiting the school confirmation?
This means that your school hasn't yet approved your child's registration.
How Do Schools Receive Notification to Approve the Registration?
A school receives a daily digest informing them of all items which require their action at the end of every day. The school then receives another email every week detailing all pending actions. They will keep receiving weekly digest emails regarding your notification for two more weeks.
What Email Is This Notification Going To?
This school notification is being sent to the school's official email which is managed by the principal. We understand that this email address is sometimes also managed by administration staff. We have worded the email in a way that it is clear it needs to be actioned by the principal.
What Can I Do Now?
We recommend you speak to the principal at the school and follow up with them regarding this matter.
The School Says They Have Approved My Child's Registration.
Schools have to approve a lot of items on a weekly basis. Every student who applies for a student representative position also needs to be approved by the school. There is a chance that the school has approved another item and still left yours pending. If your school has no other items pending please contact your regional administrator.
The School Accidentally Declined My Child's Registration.
Schools have the ability to decline your child's registration. If you are certain this has been declined by accident then please contact the organisation responsible for the intake.
