This article is designed to help parents jump back into an application they've already begun in Dash, and to explain anything to look out for.
Below are the steps required to edit an existing application.
1. Log into Dash.
Please note: If you're already logged in, ignore this step.
First, log into Dash here:
https://nswschoolsportunit.dashapp.com.au/auth/login
If you can't remember your password, you can reset it here:
https://nswschoolsportunit.dashapp.com.au/auth/forgotpassword
Once you've logged in, you'll be able to see your Dashboard, which shows the children you've created in Dash, and your current applications.
2. Open the application you'd like to edit.
You'll notice under "My Applications" any applications that you've begun recently.
Open the application you'd like to edit by clicking on the name in line with the application. An image below of what this looks like:
3. Navigate to the relevant step.
After opening the application, you'll find yourself on the earliest incomplete step. If you'd like to edit steps you've already completed, click into them on the steps bar. A picture of the steps bar is below:
You will be able to return to any of the steps you have previously filled out, or jump forward to steps such as products or levies if you need to fill out these sections now.
Please Note: Editing steps is possible even after the details might have been viewed by the relevant organisation. This means that if you wish to change your apparel order close to the date you'd receive the apparel, for example changing the size or a jersey, you should also reach out to the relevant organisation to let them know.
Please Note: Editing your child's details on the dashboard edits their details in any current applications. Editing details in an intake also updates you child's details. If your child's details are wrong please update them instead of creating a new child.
Finished editing your application?
If you'd like to return to your dashboard to edit or begin another application, click on 'Dashboard' on the left side of the screen.
You can also hit "Exit" on the top right of the application screen.
If you've finished your application, and are waiting for school approval or for your payment to be reconciled, this screen should appear:
Created an application by mistake?
On the dashboard you can withdraw an application by clicking the button with three dots next to the application. This will let you click the "Withdraw" button. Only do this if you're sure you wish to withdraw.
Please note: This action is difficult to reverse. If you have accidentally withdrawn your child from an intake please contact your organisational administrator, or contact support@dashhelp.zendesk.com
