It is easy to make a payment for your child's registration, though there may be a few situations where you experience a bit of trouble:
I'm Supposed to Be Getting a Discount
Sometimes schools or regions have certain arrangements with children or families to provide them with discounts or financial support.
If you pre-organised one of these arrangements, you will need to stay in close contact with your school or regional administrator who will be manually adding a voucher into the system to override your costs. You may need to begin your application and proceed up until the "Payment" step but not immediately pay if the price shown is not what you were expecting. You may need to wait until the school or region has manually added your individual voucher before proceeding with payment.

I Paid With Cash or Using an EFT and It Hasn't Shown Up on My Account
Please note: Offline Payment Delays - Your payment and therefore your application will not be marked as complete until a clerk identifies the payment and registers it in the system. You will be emailed with a payment receipt at this time.
If you believe an unreasonable amount of time has passed and no payment is being shown in your account then you should speak directly to the region or organisation responsible for this intake.
My Debit/Credit Card Has Been Charged but Nothing Is Showing Up in My Billing Status.
