You may be required to upload files in a child's application.
If you are receiving a unsuccessful file upload error:
The File is Too Large
Files are accepted up to 100MB. Check your file size, consider saving it in a smaller compressed format and then trying to upload again.
The File Format is Not Supported
The software accepts all major file types including .doc .docx .pdf .jpg .png .rtf .xls .xlsx .ppt .pptx .gif and .zip
Please check the file extension and convert the file to an accepted file type and then try uploading again.
I Want to Upload Multiple Files
The majority of the upload locations within the software only allow for one file to be uploaded at any one time. If it is required to upload more than one file for an application then this option will be available to you.
You can also easily add pages to a .doc or .pdf document to include more information should you only have the option to upload one PDF document. Simply combine all the relevant documents together into a single file, then upload this file.
